Chapter X: Well, at Least My Tie Looks Nice Today ~C.R.

CR shook his head. Right now, the Time Flow had been going off the edge of normality. Instead of being neat and organized, it now resembled a drawing of a 5 year old, except less organized.

It was about that time a gruff voice echoed through the Rip. "CR!!" it bellowed.

The Rip Watcher winced and smiled nervously. "Yes, sir? he asked meekly.

"Do you know who I AM?"

"Eh...yes...you're one of the almighty forces that be...one of my bosses??"

"Yes, yes I am. I lead up the history planning division, and things have been MAJORLY off the wire down here! Do you realize almost all beings know of the 'Zolott Affair'? Of the greatest act of evil since formulation of the Black Plague? And most important, of HAVERING, and his schemes?!"

CR pulled at his collar, swallowing hard. "Yes, some that were involved left reports and journals of the events…but...uh...that human I put to the job didn't!...True..he's still on that planet...and a horrible fate awaits all who remain too long…but, he won't by the visions of the future!"

He grinned pathetically. There was silence. "Ok, think that worked..." he said.

There was a loud booming groan of displeasure.

"Ok! Ok! It didn't! Gotta fix things or I'm due for an etherial arse-whooping!"

He conjured up a Rip Hole and stepped through.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stepping onto the Zolott soil, he looked around. Kyanosa, and a stranger all in black were looks up at him. Some others too. He cleared his throat. He said the first thing that came to mind. "Hey!" He hit a note on the voice crack scale that few ever do.

Kyanosa smiled and walked over, holding the yellow book up. "Hey, you're the business man who put me here as a wild card against the English dude!"

CR looked half-surprised, nodding slightly.

The young man held the book over to him. "I read through it, but it doesn't say what we have to do now." CR frowned for a moment, then handed the book back. He closed his eyes and focused. He did hate doing these things that meddled with the Time Flow, but…

The air seemed to thicken and change colors by the moment. Everyone blinked, then slowly fell to the ground. In fact, every living being did the same, at anywhere in the multiverse. Numerous robots wondered why their masters suddenly keeled over, and the same happened to numerous mixtures of robotics and cyborgs around the world. If it was living, it went sleepy-bye. This only excluded a few remote beings who knew of the crisis long before the others, and the souls in the afterlife, or in the Mid-Dimensions. A pair of piercing eyes appeared in the minds of many. CR's to be precise.

"You will remember NOTHING of Sir Pseudo Havering"

"Nothing is known of the 'Zolott Affair."

"Nothing ever happened to You, or anyone who ever set foot on Zolott."

"Not a thing shall be remembered of this, but by the few I have spared. You took a minor moment to stare at the sky, and admire the weather. That is what you will recall of this. Now, ARISE."

Simultaneously, people got to their feet. They recalled having a look at the sky, the sun, the birds, and marvelling at what a lovely day. Then, they apparently had dazed off and fallen down. All got to their feet, and Mazzic couldn't help but notice something weighty in a pocket he swore was barren moments before…

(Note by Pyro Pawz, 23/01/02: Chapter Ten was in fact supposed to be changed by Multehx. There was an agreement made between him, SD, and Mazzic as to what to do with that chapter. There was in fact no memory loss at that time. Just note that in case Multehx dosen't find time to fix chapter 10)
