History: Eversor de Syforthe is the cruel monarch of the Gelfangnis Kingdom, a wasteland realm on Planet Delnaros. He is an avid studier of the Dark Arts, and has an obsession with the race of beings known as Unsouls. He has knowledge of many forms of witchcraft and sorcery, using them to control his realm and keep the people from receiving any sort of technology or education that the rest of Delnaros has. When the Zolott portals strike at the village of Lidon where Syforthe is meeting with an old witch, he sees it as an opportunity to find an Unsoul, and he drains the old witch of her powers. Syforthe is a vicious and cunning sorcerer, with perhaps the greatest weapon of all against Sirocco's broken spirit: prejudice.

Powers And Abilities: Syforthe is a sorcerer, and also has knowledge of some necromancy and witchcraft, which he wields to the best of his ability. He's infamous in Gelfangnis for using the undead and spirits from the Nether to keep the denizens of his realm in check. Syforthe also has the Nether Stave, a weapon given to him by an old necromancer. Another thing which could be considered a weapon is his way with words.

Weaknesses: While he has few weaknesses in terms of physical strength, Syforthe has several personality flaws. First of all, his obsession with the Unsouls will bring him to halt any attack if his opponent says anything about the Unsouls. He also has a large ego, and doesn't worry about 'minor nuisances' like Sirocco. His level of sanity is a large problem: he will do anything to learn what the Unsouls truly are, regardless how foolish it may be. His utter hatred of his brother can be a problem at times too...

Other Important Stuff To Know: Syforthe has a brother, Aelin de Syforthe, who constantly interferes with his plans to learn more about the Unsouls. Eversor also has a strict influence over the people of Lidon village, tricking them into waging a campaign of hate against Sirocco after the Patchwork saves Aelin from being killed by an "accidental" cattle stampede.
