Chapter XXX - Finally We Can All Have Some Quiet Time ~Mazzic

Mazzic looked out the window of his booth. Stars and planets were streaking by, some of the closer ones leaving trails in his vision. Leaning back he listened to the conversations of the other passengers and wondered why no one seemed to want to talk to him. Even Kyanosa had been leaving him alone for the past few hours.

*Good riddance,* thought Mazzic.

The only problem was that he wanted to talk with somebody; just...he didn't know how to initiate a conversation.

"It's kinda cool looking, isn't it?"

Startled, Mazzic looked over to see Kaye standing there, another one of his fellow adventurers from Zolott.

"I guess you could say that," he mused. "What brings you over here?"

"You just...look familiar, and I'm having trouble placing it."

*Hmmm, she must've asked for an overdose of that forgetful stuff that CR forced down our throats...Well I guess I'd better reintroduce myself.*

"I'm Mazzic36, but most people call me Mazzic, we met a while back on Zolott when I was sucked through a giant vortex and you, as well as a few others, got left behind on the planet Zolott with no way of getting home."

"Oh...really? I should have remembered something like that, but...it's all fuzzy now."

"That would be the Memory Loss potion that CR had us drink, it's been fading off of the rest of us, I'm sure you will remember everything in due time."

Right then everybody's favorite 'Comic Relief Agent' came over and started to show them some of his new powers: "AndifImixswordandfireIgetaflamingswordandifImixswordandmirrorIgetaglassswordthatdoessomereallycoolmmmmgrfrbblessmma"

Mazzic grinned as he saw Kaye grab a hold of Kyanosa's collar and shove a sock into his mouth. She then grabbed her rope and tied it around him so that he couldn't move and leaned him against the wall.

"Well, now that that's finished, all of us can finally have some quiet time."

Someone cheered from across the train.

*It's kinda nice being back together with some of the people that I knew from Zolott, I just wish we would get to where we are going so that the REAL adventuring can begin…*

Smiling and cracking his knuckles, he resumed his conversation with Kaye.
