Chapter XXXI - …Where Are You? ~Prism

Prismaya glanced across the train at Mazzic and Kaye, who, from what she could hear, were having a conversation about the memory loss. The Hoshi sighed and leaned against the wall.

All I can remember is that I almost died. I know it was to save someone but who?

She rubbed her head, dismayed, as Kyanosa happily approached her.

"Wannaseemynewpowers?" he asked. "Ican'tmakemartinisbutthat'sokaybecause-"

The glare he received from the princess was enough to frighten away any man. He yelped and decided that Mazzic was a better target.

"AndifImixswordandfireIgetaflamingswordandifImixswordandmirrorIgetaglassswordthatdoessomereallycoolmmmmgrfrbblessmma"

Mazzic grinned as he saw Kaye grab a hold of Kyanosa's collar and shove a sock into his mouth. She then grabbed her rope and tied it around him so that he couldn't move and leaned him against the wall.

"Well, now that that's finished," Prism cheered, "all of us can finally have some quiet time."

She chuckled and reclined in her booth, closing her eyes and relaxing.

"Come now, Princess. Do you really think you're that weak?"

Prism opened her eyes.

"Markior?!"

She looked around at staring faces.

"What about him?" Lich asked as the Hoshi held her head.

"I heard his voice in my mind..." Prism sighed. "It must have just been a memory..."

She sat up and Lich put his hand on her shoulder.

"We're all worried about him." he said comfortingly. "And Tex too."

"Yes...Tex too."

She clenched her crystal with one hand, closing her eyes for a moment as a vision flashed through her mind.

"Oh, my god..."

"What?" 6400 asked quietly so as not to disturb Sapphire, whom was asleep, leaning against his shoulder.

"It was Tex who I nearly died saving," Prism muttered in a barely audible tone.

"Huh?" 6400 blinked.

"N-nothing," Prism stammered. "Excuse me please."

She got up and walked quickly towards the sleeping chambers. She closed and locked the door behind her, not intending to come back out for quite some time. She sat on one of the beds, staring out into space.

"...Where are you?"
