Chapter CCXCV: A Regular Dream or Prophecy? ~Chrono

Chrono cocked an eyebrow as he seen Keshi transform into Jeremy. He chuckled slightly and said, "Neat.. well then, I am going to get about another hours rest.. I didn't get that long of a rest before I came here."

Chrono watched Jeremy leave the room. He sighed and held his staff up and it suddenly disappeared. He then stretched his arms out and let out a slight yawn. After, he walked over to the bed, thinking about how his grandparents were doing. He got in the bed and slowly shut his eyes.

Soon after about five minutes, he began to snore slightly. But suddenly, he started to toss and turn in the bed. He was having a dream…or a nightmare.

In this dream, there was a forest. In this forest, there were two lone slightly wilted flowers with a fence around them. The sun rays danced around on the petals and the grass around the flowers. The sky was blue and clear. But then, suddenly, two gigantic boulders came down from the sky and crushed both of the flowers. Soon after, very dark clouds rolled in covering the sky and sun like a rushing ocean of black water. It started to thunder and lightning crashed down from the sky. Then, suddenly, everything went black. Nothing could be seen. Only sounds could be heard. Explosions everywhere. After a few minutes of hearing explosions, the darkness went away, and the forest was completely destroyed. Fires raged over the broken trees. It seemed as if a few hurricanes or tornadoes came in and blew their destruction over the land.

Chrono suddenly sat up with a flash, sweating and breathing hard. He put his hand up to his forehead.

What was that?! he thought to himself. Why did I have that…that nightmare!? D-does it mean something? If it does…what will happen…?

He looked at the clock and noticed only about 30 minutes went buy. He sighed again, still breathing hard and sweating. He lay back down, staring at the ceiling, wondering if that was just a strange dream, or if it meant something. He shut his eyes again, but they wouldn't stay closed.

"Damn it…I can't get back to sleep," he said out loud.

Chrono sat back up and got out of bed. He put his boots on and walked outside. He looked around at the people staring at him. Chrono ran his fingers through his hair and looked at them.

"Get back to your drinks!" he yelled, getting annoyed at their staring.

The people's eyes widened and stopped their staring. He walked over to the bartender and asked for a glass of water. The bartender nodded and got one for him. He started to drink it and continued to think about the dream he had.
