Bio: The only son of the family that adopted vector while he was very young, Richter, through jealousy or other means, has grown to hate the Yoshi race. He has an incredibly high IQ, with intelligence that borders on insanity. Having learned of the Creation's Weapon through unknown sources, he has decided to acquire the weapon, and use it for his own plans.

Special abilities: Richter is physically, a normal human, with no special power or abilities. Mentally, however, he is quite unique, possibly one of the smartest humans to ever live. Using anything he finds, he can create a weapon of destruction. Specializing in robotics, he has a small army of automations to do his bidding.
