History: The sacrilegious product of a union between a demon and an angel, Shinsei was accepted by neither Heaven nor the depths of Hell because of his genetic make up. Discarded at birth like a piece of trash, he grew up on planet Earth in the near future, within the 2020's and 30's in the midst of anarchy and total chaos.

Physical Description: 6'5", 219 lbs., raven-colored hair down to his shoulders, usually pulled back into a tight, short ponytail, eyes change from green (normal form) to blood red (demon form) to silvery-blue (angel from). Scars on either shoulder, one of a cross with a slash through it, the other of a pentagram with a slash through it, marking his exile from both the realms of Heaven and Hell, which were given to him at birth.

Attributes: Because of his origin, can change forms when needed. He has three forms, which change his appearance, use of magic, and the Mattaku Blade's form, since the blade and he have a soul bond:

Normal- Looks like a normal human, eyes are green. Does not have the use of magic, but retains demi-god-like strength and slight psychokinetic power. Uses the Mattaku Blade in its normal form.

Demon- Eyes become blood red; skin becomes a shade darker; looks a bit lankier; grows canine teeth; develops claws on his hands; ears become pointed; black, leathery wings sprout from his back. He can use dark magic in this form only. Mattaku Blade becomes a scythe-type weapon.

Angel- Eyes become a silvery-blue color; skin becomes a shade lighter; muscles become more defined; ears become pointed; silvery, plasma/aura-like wings flow from his back. He can use light magic in this form only. Mattaku Blade becomes a golden staff.
