Chapter LXXVIII: Among Friends -Dragon
The Darikuri did not like this at all. She had been gliding for almost a full day, the sun still in the far west. She had given up calling out; her throat was dry and sore.
Over time, the landscape had changed dramatically, from her home world aquamarine, to brown, blue, and finally the yellow hue of a sandy desert. She felt about ready to set down, when three figures appeared in the distance. Speeding up, she came closer and identified two robots and a rather strange looking alien, that seemed to have the word 'evil' written all over it.
She had forgotten to change direction, and narrowly missed one of the robots, which skilfully dodged out of the way, and hit a tree instead, sending it to splinters.
After getting a fair distance away, she finally landed and stretched out her wings that gave a satisfying crack.
"Aaah..." she exclaimed, glad to be on the ground once more. Lying down, she gazed at the clouds; that were pink and orange in the evening sky.
Suddenly, the ground began to shake. The Darikuri began to flap her wings quickly to get off the quaking terrain.
She flew away as quickly as possible, and began her search again.

Not knowing how far she had travelled, she had almost given up, occasionally losing altitude as her fatigued wings collapsed every now and then. Reaching ground level, she skimmed over a river, hands and feet creating ripples on the surface.
She spotted a village of some sort ahead, extremely shiny in appearance, with odd-looking soldiers patrolling the boundary. As she came closer, she remembered the architecture of the grounds -- Protoss. A Zealot had noted her arrival and sounded the intruder alarm.
The Darikuri's vision faded, covering her sight with millions of tiny little white dots, and she fell on to the muddy bank of the river. Not able to move, she heard soldiers gather around her, then a familiar voice that called out, "Don't attack!"
The blue creature whispered, "Markior... is that you...."
The sounds around her dwindled, and the last word she heard was,
"....Dragon?"
