Kyle yawned and opened his eyes slowly, his pupils adjusting to the blindingly bright light emitted from the overhead gravitational bed. He began sitting up, his back bending slowly as if he hadn't stood for a week. He looked at his watch through half open eyes. He jumped to his feet. 8 days?! He had been asleep for 8 days?! How could this have happened?? A human could never have slept that long! Of course, he thought, I am on this new and strange planet... things are happening to me that I don't understand... Then he remembered all the reading he had done at the library. Suddenly, he had an epiphany. He noticed he had remembered everything he had read in the endless volumes of books! And somehow, during his long sleep, he had been practicing and reviewing and learning all of the information he had gathered. His mind felt more powerful than ever, and he couldn't wait to try out the new things he'd learned.
He raced down to the first floor of the enormous Protoss complex and ran outside. It was after noon, according to his watch. And, as he surveyed the surrounding area, almost everyone had left the small, makeshift city, let alone a number of guards and Lich's Pokemon. With his bag on his shoulder and a new power waiting to be unleashed, he set out to search for the others...
