Chapter CCXXI: Hallucinations ~Multex
Multex groaned, straining. Keeping up with Havering was incredibly tough, even if he was physically a push over. The magik in him was enough to help him bench a condo. Finally, Pseudo huffed and turned, swinging Tex in his grasp. The Agent was in the air for a minute, by the balcony, then plunged. As he fell, a bolt of black lightening struck him. His joints paralyzed. He hit the earth hard.
Though the fall would have killed a man, Multex was still alive, a good bit dazed. He tried to sit up, but his body wouldn't respond. He knew one of the cracks in the ground was approaching him, but he was powerless to stop it.

Pseudo snickered, moving forward. The dead bodies of everyone else lie about the floor. The Time Bender Snickered. "Nice fight, but they are all GONE! You're alone to fight me. You may hold up, but eventually you shall fall!" Multex glared, shouting "NEVER! I am the strongest Bio Weapon alive! No scum like you can beat me!"
Havering smirked, drawing back a long bladed weapon. "Nice speech, but here's where the brave die, and darkness begins. In the end, I triumphed. First Parallel Earth, then Yamauchi, then Earth, Then the Multiverse!! But, you were an honor to fight. I bid thee farewell." And with a salute, Havering swung the weapon, impaling the Agent. As his eyes slowly closed, Multex though "Oh hell...I...may have been strong…but not strong enough to take 'im alone..."

Multex woke from his unconscious state, very groggy. Feeling had returned to his limbs, and for some reason, fear left his being. He deftly ran at the castle wall, and ran straight up it! As he cleared the Balcony railing, Pseudo spun around. "AGAIN? You're dogged, lad. Reminds me of a young wizard I knew…no matter! You shall die at my hands!" With that, the Time Bender growled and shot a black blast at the Agent, who nimbly dodged. He fired another, taking out the balcony wall, but Multex agilely flipped out of the way. And all the time, the ground trembled. Something was drawing dreadfully close to the surface, and whatever it was, it posed bad news to everyone…
