Multex groaned as he held the gear in place. It was the only step to the higher levels of the spire. One after another, the other three climbed up, exception being Vector who dashed up in a blur past 6400. Multex released the gear, then effortlessly flipped up to the next gear, which rotated on its side. Walking to avoid the next gear, which turned the first, he rebounded off that one and landed on a stationary gear also on it's side. Vector did similar at a much faster pace, as the Agent knelt down and called to the other two.
"Prism, fly him a bit up, and I'll catch." The Hoshian princess nodded, and 6400 stood on her back as she slowly rose. When she was at the appropriate height, the warrior leapt, and Multex caught his arm in his right hand, pulling him up. Prism landed on the gear as 6400 and Multex climbed to their feet. The Agent thought, then took out the rope attched to a construction hook. Swinging it, then letting it go, the hook clasped onto the upper balcony. Tensing the rope, he looked over. "Climb on up."
Before he could finish, Vector ran up it without a trouble, and Prism flew up to the top level. Only 6400 climbed it and stylishly flipped over the rail to the floor. Multex shrugged, pulled the hook and rope back down, and put them in his jacket. He streched, then leapt to the far wall, flipped backwards, landed on the opposite one, rebounded forward, repeated the process two more times, and landed on the upper floor in a perfect dismount, bowing to the mock audience. Prism looked over and muttered, "Show off.."
Multex grinned as he took the lead and headed for the final door.

Physics works in weird ways. Through a gap in reality, the clash appeared in a lone room of the First Earth mIRC program.

I sense a TON of magical power emitting from those two. I wonder how
their physical stats add up...

* Malus_and_Spiite vanish and reappear, circling Multex. He looks around before
they blast from either side with massive purple bolts.
They can't do that to 'Tex!
Saint Sabre! *The Illumina Edge begins to emit a white aura...* Take

Let's kick Beavis and Butt-Head's asses.
Malus:Nice start, I must say. Spiite:Very, now you hold him
while I tango.
* Yoshi6400 dashes up to Malus and rams him into a wall
* Malus_and_Spiite malus crashes but shortly after, Spiite blasts him with
"Cryo", the mid level ice attack
* Prismaya_Yoshii remains where she is, eyes closed.

* Yoshi6400 shakes off the icy blast and swipes at Malus with the Illumina Edge
* Vector_Sprint slaps a new power cell into his blaster, and takes aim at
Spiite. He pulls the trigger, a lance of blue energy darting out of the muzzle
of the weapon, superheating the air around it, heading for its target with
deadly speed and accuarcy.
* Malus_and_Spiite Malus gets up and holds out his hands. A green mist
surrounding Vector in the "Nausea" spell. Both he and spiite leap back, crashing
into each other
* Prismaya_Yoshii opens her eyes, the shard of Ares appearing in her hand. She
points to the two and a huge flame decends upon them.
* Yoshi6400 jumps up, off a wall, and lands back in the group.
* Multehx707 gets to his feet, winding up and swinging a fist at the two.
Think a cloud's gonna stop me?
* Malus_and_Spiite both get fried, but recover quickly. Malus casts Slow on the
entire group and Spiite uses "Impact" on Prism, smashing her with a meteorite.
Malus:No, but you can't use the speed now.
Oh yeah? Haste.

* Yoshi6400 casts haste on the group, countering the slow spell.
Argh! ~attempts to block the attack, but fails and is knocked
over~ ...dammit.
One more speed up... Quickeining Slice!
* Multehx707 uses the oppertunity to draw the Quicksilver and fire, but Malus
bats back the blast and he goes flying head over heels out of the room. He runs
back but the door slams shut.

* Yoshi6400 dashes at the two wizards and disappears just before reaching
them... Then a slashing sound is heard and Yoshi6400 appears behind them.
Malus:Oh look, brother, the little pets want to play.
Spiite:Not so rough now that their bruiser is gone.
* Malus_and_Spiite both double over, then stand at full height, blood on their
robes.
Triple that... Split-Image Slice! *Two shadow copies of Yoshi6400
appear*
* Vector_Sprint slings his arms behind his back, and his legs assume the shape
of a sideways figure-eight. He disappears, only a trail of blackened rubber
shows his path, between Malus and Spiite, the very ground igniting where he ran.
* Prismaya_Yoshii rises to her feet, once again taking a defensive stance.

* Yoshi6400 goes to Prism to help her up while the shadow copies attack Malus
and Spiite
Malus:*falls over, vector getting nauseous as he runs.*
Spiite:*kneels, but slings a "death"spell at the clones. The grim reaper cleaves
them in two
* Prismaya_Yoshii 's staff disappears, and in its place appears a tiny star
Grrr... We have to get Multex back here.

Spiite:*helps his brother up and growls, as does Malus*
* Vector_Sprint runs up the wall and across the ceiling, and jumps down at Malus
and Spiite, landinge between them.
It's hard to make a superfast superhero sick.
* Malus_and_Spiite both vanish, then circle 6400. they fire purple bolts at 6400
* Vector_Sprint sticks his tounge out at Spiite.
Yooo-hoo. Standing target.
* Yoshi6400 spins around and blocks the attacks with the Illumina Edge
~The star morphs into a large glowing orb~ Star..Orb...
* Malus_and_Spiite in a sickening swipe, the tongue is knocked away.*

* Yoshi6400 slams the ground and is encircled by strong winds! These winds knock
Malus and Spiite up into the air!
* Prismaya_Yoshii moves back away from the door, then throws the orb at the
door. Upon impact, the orb creates a large explosion.
* Malus_and_Spiite hit the wall, groaning

* Multehx707 runs in the room and sneers, drawing and firing at the two

ripple...
Malus puts his back to the wall, using her as a total shield

Prismaya Divinity yells, "Angel's Wrath!" All six wings begin to glow with immense holy energy. A blast of this energy flies at Malus from each wing.
Yoshi6400Infinity dashes forward at extreme speeds towards the enemy, leaving a shadow of unreality... He shifts to the side at the last second and strikes
Malus with his sword(without hitting Prism)!
Malus yells in pain

Vector Sprint dashes at Malus, reality warping behind him, a result of the light speed attack.

Vector Sprint lies where Malus once stood, groaning, great quantaties of smoke and steam rising from his shoes, which are glowing red even in the light.

Prismaya Divinity clenches her fists.

Vector Sprint simply states, "This could hurt."
Yoshi6400Infinity flies up to Multex and slams him into a wall!
Vector Sprint slumps, in a pool of blood.
Yoshi6400Infinity determinedly states, "I'm willing to bet that both minds inhabiting Multex can feel the pain... Multex can stand it, but the wizard may not."
Prismaya Divinity looks at 6400.
Vector Sprint says, half delerious, "Hey... uh... there's a lot of blood on the ground... I think it's mine."
Yoshi6400Infinity asks, "Prism, can you heal him?"
Vector Sprint rasps, "and I wanted to die in space.. Heh."
Prismaya Divinity nods and floats in Vector's direction

Yoshi6400Infinity 's armor then changes and his strength is revitalized.
Multehx707 walks over and smacks the sword out of his hands

Yoshi6400Infinity-SE is knocked back, but survives the blow. Malus states, matter-of-factly, "No, but I have an evil mind."

Yoshi6400Infinity and he catches it* Black Star Splitter!
Vector Sprint is surrounded by a white orb of energy.
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE points the Infinity Edge at Multex and a black star
appears in frount of the tip of the blade...
Multex707 raises a brow at Vector.
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE states, "Vector, if this doesn't work... I'll have to fire."
Vector Sprint speaks, his voice filling the room.

Malus yells, "Go ahead! Fire! Kill us both!"
Vector Sprint sneers. "Demons are chaotic. You are not. That which is not chaotic... is devoured by chaos."
Malus says nothing. He narrows his eyes and holds out the hand* Your point? Your last
words before death.
The Divine Rod appears in Prism's hand, and she opens her eyes
again, the rod now transforming into the Holy Spear. "It's not over yet.
Hyper Vector drops from the white orb, the orb splitting into the seven colors
of the rainbow and shooting over the horizon, in seven different directions.
Malus is aghast.
Hyper_Vector states, "I am chaos embodied."
Multehx707> Then, so be it *fires*
Hyper Vector absorbs the blast, as if it never happened.
Malus exclaims, "WHAT?!"
Hyper Vector scoffs. "Pure energy cannot be destroyed, fool.
Malus bellows, "Then...BE ASSIMILATED!"
Malus/Multex707 glares and begins to glow blue. Vector does too, his energy sapping.
Hyper Vector holds out his hand, and the seven colored orbs appear in his
hand, turning into crystals.
Malus/Multex speeds up the process
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE fires the dark blast from the Infinity Edge. However, the
wizard doesn't know that the attack is designed to split souls... The black beam
hits!
Multex707 shouts "AAAGHHH!!!"
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE warns, "Vector! Get out of there!"
Hyper Vector says, in a low tone, "Chaos is power, power which you cannot comprehend."
Hyper Vector seems to fade out of reality.
Multex707 shakes and falls to his knees
Prismaya_Divinity flies at Vector, grabbing him and pulling him away.
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE says to no one imparticular, "The Black Star shall be able to extract the invading
spirit..."
The ghost of Malus appears, shaking a fist. "If I GO, HE DOES!!"

The ghost of Malus points, Multex wracked with pain.
Prismaya Divinity narrows her eyes
Multex707 falls to his hands, a shadowy, ghostly figure appearing.
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE says "Not so fast..." The Infinity Edge changes weapon type to
dark once again. "This should destroy you and heal Multex..."

Malus stammers "..W..WHO ARE YOU?" The form says "...this body is mine..you harm it, you suffer. It kicks the ghost back.
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE fires away at both the Ghost and Multex707
Malus exclaims "BASTAARD!!" as he shatters.
Multex707 falls over. The spirit nods and reenters his body. He stands,
speaking in the spirit's voice.
Multex707 "We don't have much time. We need to get out of here."
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE asks "What do you mean?"
Multehx707 hurriedly explains. "This place...it should." A shaking insues.
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE "Great..."
Prismaya Divinity "It never ends...."
Multex707 scoops up a Keycard and runs to the door, kicking it open
Yoshi6400Infinity-SE reverts back to Yoshi6400Infinity and the Infinity Edge
turns back into the Illumina Edge.

Yoshi6400Infinity "Let's go!"
Vector Sprint "Vector Express, heading out. Grab on."

Multex707 runs to the railing and flips off, plummeting past the gears to the
floor far below, descending 6 stories in seconds
Yoshi6400Infinity floats up to the doorway and goes though.
Prismaya_Divinity reverts and turns into a star, following Multex
Vector_Sprint "Guess I'm stuck on the overland route."
Multehx707 walks to the exit door pushing. It doesn't budge
Yoshi6400Infinity flies down past spinning gears and lands beside Multex and

Vector_Sprint runs out the door, and down the stairs.

The tower collapses. As the derbis settles, Multex remains in the
wreckage, an orange aura flared. It vanishes. He falls to his knees, then
apparently shakes off a daze.

the Keycard "..how'd this get here"
Yoshi6400 asks "Multex, you okay?"
