Chapter CCXLVIII: Enter the Executor ~Markior

Markior stood on top of the Genesis, looking at his hands. He cursed under his breath after the Twilighter had stolen a portion of his power… "By Khas... I better make sure which part of my abilities have been taken out..." He started to grow a bolt of kinetic energy in the palm of his hand...then tossed it aside. "Check..." He clenched a fist, his WarpBlade appearing around his wrist... then clenched the other, his second WarpBlade coming into view. "Double check..." He tried a LockDown attack on one of the shut-down laser pods, but failed to create the small missile-like energy beam that'd have the desired effect... He tried using Recall, but when trying so, he immediately knew it would take him a substantial amount of energy to do so. His Healing ability was disabled, but his Restore ability was still working properly. Stasis worked, Mealstrom, Feedback...all his regular attacks were working perfectly, but a number of battle strategies he wouldn't be able to use. Lastly, he made sure that he could still fly. Flying upwards from the Genesis, the lights suddenly jumped on. With a massive spark of purple energy, he was knocked back into the black battleship, groaning loudly in pain. "Curses!!" He hovered up in a vertical position..."Hmm...a shield has appeared...I'm sealed inside.." He looked at the ship and turned around... "Spirit mode…engage..." He whispered. His image became transparent as he slowly glided through the surface of the Genesis with closed eyes...He knew that the ones outside could not be helped anymore to get in…

Meanwhile, Kerrigan had split up from the group she was in, her exoskeleton heels giving a click, clang effect on the metal walkways, her shady figure with impressive shoulder-blade-mounted claws slowly making it's way towards the walkways leading to Spire Two... Her eyes gloomed in the darkness, the Infested Terran gritting through her teeth.. She sensed two other near her, and unfolded her shoulder blade's claws, ready to strike on anyone near her... The figures came closer, she could hear them talking on a whispering tone... A foot, then a leg appeared from the corner, and it was metallic. She let out a hissing roar and lunged forwards, her claws leaving three scratch-marks through the hallway's metal, striking down on the one turning the corner. Sirocco turned quickly but was pounced. In a split second, she had lifted her shoulder-claw to strike the half-Protoss. The next moment, Markior was holding her shoulder-claw by the edge in a firm grasp. "Down girl, down." He laughed, rumbling in a low tone. Kerrigan hissed and turned, but Markior moved along, turning his arm around Kerrigan's throat. The Infested Terran, still hissing instinctively, slowly calmed down. "Let me go, Protoss..." she hissed, looking to the side at the Grey Archon's face. The Markior looked at Sirocco and Astra. Sirocco got up and brushed himself off... Astra nodded towards Markior. In turn, the Executor let his arm go of Kerrigan's throat, the Zerg Queen stumbling forwards a bit. She didn't apoligize, but hissed into Sirocco's face. "HSsss...Stop looking at me like THAT.

The Markior looked at Sirocco and Astra. "Greetings again...I see you too are on your way to defeat Havering?" Astra nodded. "Yes, indeed we are, Markior. We have already found the door leading to the main room, but a shield is covering it... We do not know how to get in there." Markior nodded and waved over his shouldershield, then held up his wrist. An image of Multex appeared infront of it. "Hmm, Tex ol' boy, you look like you've been beaten up." He grinned. Multex looked towards the screen which moved along with him as he walked. "Not now, Markior..." The Grey Archon looked closer at the screen, rumbling, "Agent. The door towards Havering has been located by Astra and Sirocco, two warriors who were in the Ganthritor before I landed it. But it is protected, what shall we do? Any suggestions?" Multex grinned and stopped a small moment. "Hmm...The Executor needs a briefing? Too bad, I can't talk for long. The idea is to terminate the Infects in the four Spires... they have keycards which will open the door towards Havering's room." Markior nodded, and Multex continued as he sat down against a wall, he and his group resting. "Where are you now?" Markior looked around, reading a plaquette. "In a walkway leading to Spire Two." He answered, his eyes glowing a little brighter before dimming towards their normal intensity. Multex nodded once again. "You're close then. Good luck!" Markior grinned and turned slightly, still looking at the screen. "Tex." Multex looked at the screen again. "Yeah?" Markior grinned. "May Adun be with you." Multex chuckled, and waved the screen away. Markior did the same. He turned towards Sirocco and Astra. "Let's go!" Kerrigan was leaning against the walkway wall, her arms crossed... "Hmf…this better be over with soon.."
